Hi we are TBO Lindsay & Cindy
We founded TBO in 2023 through a mutual passion for shoes and have been working behind the scenes to bring you our range of comfortable footwear. Our main goal is to create old-fashioned, handcrafted clogs and platforms that embody classic styles for everyday wear, and we had great fun away from our regular day jobs bringing it all together.

Yes, you can. You will receive a tracking number with your confirmation email just before shipping.
We use courier guy services. You tell us where you want your parcel delivered. Or you can request to collect from your closest courier guy kiosk.
Our lead time is 10 - 14 working days, as our shoes are all made especially for you, and the courier usually take between 2 - 3 working days to deliver.

If you would like to exchange sizes you can send us a email info@twobirdsonline.co.za and let us know which item you want to exchange and the new size.
Unfortunately we do not offer free return on incorrect size orders. Please ensure you measure your feet accurately and have referred to our size guide carefully.
We are so sorry, we do double check all our shoes before they are shipped, but we are only human and sometimes damage occurs during shipping. Please send us a picture of your damaged item so we can evaluate. We will cover all additional shipping costs that may occur.
We accept card payments (visa and mastercard) and online bank eft.
Your shoes will be safely package in a beautiful nest safely packed inside a shoe box and then the usual courier packaging.
