Our shoes are 100% genuine leather, we strongly recommend that you do not get them wet or leave them near heat. Store them in a well ventilated area or air regularly.
Leather will change over time and take on its own character, so allow them to soften and mould to your feet to get the full comfort experience. Leather will age beautifully and may even change colour to a deeper shade, it's just the life of leather and is all part of the aging process.

How to measure to find your perfect fit:
Size 3 - 22 to 22.5cm
Size 4 - 23 to 23.5cm
Size 5 - 24 to 24.5cm
Size 6 - 25 to 25.5cm
Size 7 - 26 to 26.5cm
Size 8 - 27 to 28.5cm
Size 9 - 28 to 29.5cm

All our shoes are custom made to order just or you.
It takes a little time to create beauty and we want to ensure you get exactly what you ordered. Please allow 14 to 18 working days for production, but that will be the longest time you will wait to receive your shoes. The time frame also includes courier time.

We will happily exchange or refund if your item is returned in the exact condition you received them and unworn.
To exchange or refund please email info@twobirdsonline.co.za within 24hours of receiving and Cindy will assist you with this process. We will exchange at our own cost if the product is damaged or defective due to our production error.
Please note: It is not a defect if the leather has natural markings or scratches and colour may vary slightly from the pictures you see online, each skin is unique and will vary from time to time.

We will exchange or repair shoes with quality issues provided they are returned within 6 months of purchase, we will also need proof of purchase, please remember to keep your receipt as we cannot exchange or repair without it.
We will not be obligated to exchange or repair shoes that have been worn excessively and have the normal wear and tear issues.
